Kissing Statue in San Diego

You’ll notice a somewhat familiar sight if you’re strolling along Tuna Harbor Park in San Diego. Based on the famous photo taken in Time Square after WWII, the Kissing Statue, also known as the Unconditional Surrender sculpture, is an iconic landmark. The 25-ft tall state traveled around the US before establishing a permanent home in San Diego in 2013. The statue is the perfect spot for photo ops, and you’ll often see couples trying to recreate the kiss for their picture.
