Princess Cruises – New mask, age limit requirements

Spread the love

Hi everyone,

As you may have heard, we are currently participating in the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated program through March 31, 2022. And as of this past Tuesday, some significant – and very encouraging – changes have been implemented on our ships that you and your clients should know about:

Effective with cruises departing Mar 1:

  • Masks on board will be recommended but not required. There may, however, be certain venues and events where masks will be required.
  • We’re now pleased to welcome children under 5 (who are not yet eligible for vaccination). They will be excluded from the 95% calculation for operating vaccinated cruises as defined by the CDC for voyages departing from the U.S. All existing protocols for unvaccinated guests will continue to apply.

Cruise with Confidence policy extended to Mar 31, 2022
To help give your clients more flexibility with their travel plans, effective immediately, guests can cancel 30 days prior to their cruise, and receive their cancellation fees back as a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) for all cruises booked by Mar 31, 2022 (previously Mar 2, 2021). This applies to all new and existing bookings, sailing up to Sep 30, 2022. As a reminder, with our COVID-19 Protection Program, your clients can receive the same FCC and refund within 30 days of sailing if they test positive for COVID-19.

Thank you for your continued support!

Best regards,
